Q – I only need a key for a special event after hours, can I get without a key request?
A – Yes, you will need to contact Kara Viator for a Facility Use Form.

A – Please contact Facility Management when you receive your email; we will work with you to coordinate another time.

A – No, however there can be no keys duplicated; 2 or more of the same key cannot be issued to the same individual.

Q – I locked my key(s) in my office; can Facility Management, Trouble Crew, or UL PD open the door for me?
A – Generally speaking, no.  Only another member of your department who has been issued a master or sub-master can re-open the door.  If this occurrence happens after business hours, the issue will be addressed the next day after your notification to Facilities Management.  Should the situation be a true emergency and you need to gain access immediately; you may contact emergency personnel.  Should any fees or charges be incurred to access a university space, the requestor will be responsible for these costs.
